What is EGGPLANT ENERGY and what does it do?
EGGPLANT ENERGY is our 4-in-1 daily adaptogen complex for men. Each capsule combines Shilajit Extract 30:1 (400 mg), Ashwagandha Root Extract 30:1 (100 mg), Sea Moss Extract 20:1 (100 mg) and Tongkat Ali Root Extract 300:1 (100 mg), a stack designed to support natural energy, stamina and drive.* No fillers, no proprietary blends: the full doses are printed on the label.
How do I take it?
One (1) capsule daily with 6 to 8 oz of water. Morning works for most people. Each bottle holds 30 capsules, a full month of supply. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Shilajit capsules vs resin: what is the difference?
Resin is the raw, tar-like form of shilajit. It has to be dissolved in warm water and the dose is easy to get wrong. Capsules use a standardised extract, so every capsule delivers the same amount. EGGPLANT ENERGY uses Shilajit Extract 30:1 (400 mg) per serving, which means 400 mg of concentrated extract, not 400 mg of raw mineral pitch. Capsules are also tasteless, travel well and take two seconds.
What are the benefits of shilajit for men?
Shilajit is a mineral-rich substance from the Himalayas that has been used in traditional wellness practices for centuries. In EGGPLANT ENERGY it is combined with ashwagandha, sea moss and tongkat ali. Together the formula is designed to support normal energy levels, stamina and focus through the day. Is PEACH POWER a menopause supplement or a perimenopause supplement?
Both. PEACH POWER is built around the botanicals most often used through the whole transition: Black Cohosh (160 mg) and Red Clover (400 mg) for menopausal comfort, Chasteberry and Dong Quai for cycle-related comfort in perimenopause, and Sage Leaf (200 mg), traditionally used for hot flashes and night sweats. Do black cohosh and red clover help with hot flashes?
They are the two most studied botanicals for that purpose. Some black cohosh extracts and red clover isoflavones have shown fewer or milder hot flashes in clinical studies, although results vary between products and between women, and larger trials are still needed. PEACH POWER combines both at meaningful doses rather than a token amount. Give it at least eight weeks of daily use before judging.
