Good things ship fast. Here’s everything you need to know about getting forteflora to your door.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii.

Processing time

Your order is prepared and dispatched within 1 to 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays start processing on the next business day.

Delivery time and rates

• Standard shipping: $5.95. Delivery takes 3 to 9 business days in total, counted from the moment you place your order. That window includes preparation and transit.
• Free standard shipping on all orders over $50.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods. All products are produced and fulfilled in the USA.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Give the carrier up to 24 hours to activate the link. You can also check your order status at any time through your account.

Wrong address?

Caught a typo in your shipping address? Contact us through the contact page as soon as possible. We can usually correct it before the order leaves the warehouse. Once a parcel has shipped to the address provided, we cannot reroute it.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your parcel is lost, arrives damaged or never turns up, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping. That’s on us, not you.
